| US | UK (approx.) | Inside circumference |
|---|---|---|
| 7 | O | 54.4mm |
| 8 | Q | 57.0mm |
| 9 | R½ | 59.5mm |
| 10 | T½ | 62.1mm |
| 11 | V½ | 64.6mm |
| 12 | Y | 67.2mm |
| 13 | Z+1 | 69.7mm |
How to measure your finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
- Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimetres.
- Match that number to the inside circumference above.
Between sizes? Go up one. Wide bands feel tighter than thin ones.
Necklace lengths
| Length | Where it sits (on most people) |
|---|---|
| 35–40cm | Close to the base of the neck |
| 45cm | At the collarbone |
| 50–55cm | Just below the collarbone, the usual length for men |
| 60–65cm | Mid-chest, the long layer in a stack |
| 70cm | Lower chest, sits well over a jumper or hoodie |
Layering: leave about 5cm between chains so they sit apart. 40cm + 45cm is the easiest pair to start with.
Hoop earrings
| Diameter | Look |
|---|---|
| 8–10mm | Hugs the lobe, close fit |
| 12–14mm | Small hoop with a little space |
| 16–20mm | A hoop that shows |
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can't be returned once taken out of their sealed packaging, unless they're faulty. Everything else has 14-day returns.
