Delivery

• We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
• Every order is sent with tracking. You'll get the tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
• Delivery costs and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Our pieces are sent from our suppliers' warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels.
• All prices include VAT.

Late or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived by the end of the estimated window, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
